Worried that your furniture choice will not fit into your space?

For a small charge, we can send our delivery team to check before you commit. The charge will be deducted off a resulting order.

Sometimes delivery will be possible but only via a window, above-ground level access, over neighbour’s garden fences or high-rise buildings with no suitable lift. Many things are possible. We would quote you a price first for difficult access jobs.

Our delivery company can also move your existing furniture to a different location in your home and take away and dispose of items.

This service is chargeable, by quotation and payable direct to our delivery company Atlas of London Ltd.

If you are moving house, we can recommend our own delivery service: Atlas of London Ltd. They are also experts with awkward deliveries of non-Ligne Roset furniture through upper windows etc.

If you have a fitted Ligne Roset unit and want to move it, they can provide experienced, knowledgeable fitters who can break it down and then re-assemble it.

It may not be obvious, but most of Ligne Roset’s sofas and chairs are made with fully removable covers. They are not designed as ‘loose covers’ as the tight-fitted shape is created with Velcro, toggled buttons etc. However it does mean that we can provide new covers to refresh your existing Roset furniture without having to send it back to the French factories.

Please note: Ligne Roset does not provide new covers or a recovering service for the iconic Togo seating as most of the cost is in the covering material, the quilting and hand finished labour costs of manufacturing the cover.

Pre-delivery Anti-Stain Treatment

We can also arrange for Mark Shannon Cleaning to anti-stain-treat your new seating prior to delivery. There is a charge of £45.00 per ‘seat’ for this service. As a guide, a large sofa counts as three ‘seats’.

All Ligne Roset items purchased from Ligne Roset in London must initially be delivered to a UK address. However we can obtain shipping quotations based on the final weight and volume of an order to deliver onward to a foreign address or we can usually deliver direct to your own chosen UK mainland shipper.

Where applicable, VAT will be refunded on the provision of proof of export. This must be provided within six months from the date that we delivered and the paperwork must itemise the specific product(s) bought from Ligne Roset Westend.
