We offer a free two man ‘white glove’ delivery service for all furniture orders over £500.00 within Greater London. This includes unpacking, placing items in position, basic assembly and the removal of packing materials.
We deliver to a third floor via normal access within this service, higher if there are lifts that are large enough.
We use Atlas of London Ltd as our main delivery company. We have used them since the store’s inception 20+ years ago which testifies to our opinion of their level of service. We use Notboxes Ltd for Scottish addresses.
There is a charge of £75.00 + VAT for orders under £500.00 within Greater London.
This service is extended to the majority of mainland Britain for total orders of £3000.00 or more. Price on quotation for orders under this value.
Ligne Roset Westend can no longer deliver to Northern Ireland.
We use Parcel Force couriers to deliver smaller items such as accessories, some lighting, small furniture items and rugs. However we reserve the right to not offer this delivery method on items which we consider unsuitable.
There is a small charge of between £10.00 and £50.00 for this service.
Do inspect your items on arrival and inform us of any damage/quality issues, providing as much evidence as possible – photos etc. Please notify us within 24 hours to sales@ligne-roset-westend.co.uk or phone the store during shop hours.
If the delivery has been carried out by our two man service, they will provide paperwork for you to sign and to note any issues, but it is best to also contact the store direct as this paperwork can take time to be received by us.
Some of Ligne Roset’s products arrive flat-packed and require expert fitting, sometimes requiring attachment to a wall and dining tables within the delivery pricing structure above.
Reduced-price, Ex display or imperfect furniture bargains may incur a delivery charge.
Our two man van delivery company can move your existing furniture to a different location within your home and also take away and dispose of items. This service is chargeable. Our delivery company will quote direct to you. See our ‘Additional Services’ section.
