For made-to-order products, we take a deposit of 50% of the order value. We will inform you of the order time by email as soon as the order is registered by the factory. If there are any delays to the original timing we will inform you as soon as we receive information from the factory. The balance payment is due on invoice which is emailed to you when your order is ready to ship.
For items held in stock either at our shop, our own warehouse or at the Ligne Roset French factories, payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.
The Ligne Roset brand is committed to carrying stock of a major part of its collection. Rugs, lighting, accessories, occasional furniture, mirrors, plus the most popular dining tables, desks and non-customised dining chairs are bought and stored in quantity. Look out for the ‘Express Item’ labels within our product section to check which items apply. However there will be times when the factories have sold out and are awaiting new stock.
In these circumstances, we take a 50% deposit to secure your item off the next batch and will give an approximate order time, based on current factory information. If any delay on this estimated time is unacceptable, customers have the right to cancel with a full refund one week prior to the items being shipped from the factory.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express, BACS and in-store cash payments. We usually only deliver to the UK billing address for payments by debit/credit card if the payment is not secured by Chip&Pin in-store.
